Ohh geez, it was a wild ride, but we are finally here! The new game version is finally here, and it’s a big one! Firstly, I apologize for missing the last bi-weekly report. We were incredibly busy with the game, so I chose to focus on delivering the new version instead.
There were huge changes to the original plan and how frequently we wanted to deliver the new versions, so sorry for that. We are returning to bi-weekly builds, and our AIM is one full version every month, with smaller development builds in between (bi-weekly).
TLDR;
- Two milestones were completed.
- UI is now much better and consistent with the artist’s style and design
- First VA tried to squeeze us for more money, but we passed on her, and now we are happy with the new VA
- New VA is in the game, and we are happy with the results. Note that we are talking about small reactions that are played after each task
- Because of the problem with VA and wait time for the new VA, we pushed some of the tasks that were planned for 1.1, so 1.0 is now richer in the content that we planned.
- The next version will be 1.1, and it should be released in about a month, with a bi-weekly development report and builds
- Age sliders, better makeup, better UI, a lot of new endings, tasks, and combinations
- A lot of bug fixes and small improvements
- The audio now has a new pipeline for extracting, normalizing, boosting, compressing, etc.

- The Android version is still problematic and this release does not address this issue. It’s planned after 1.2 when all important features will be implemented.
Long version
We’re so happy that we are finally here, and we can finally release the new version of the game. It was a wild ride. The biggest issue was the voice actress whom we hired first and how she approached the project. Long story short - she decided that her compensation should contain extra money and told us that she can DCMA us xDDD. I’m not a lawyer, but the fact that we have to deal with such sh****** people is just sad…
Fortunately, there are plenty of fish in the sea, and we found a new VA that is much better, and we are happy with the results. She is also much more professional, her delivery time and quality were great, and she is in the game credit :).
OLD vs NEW UI
The first development build consists of changes to the UI and bug fixes. Then we worked on the VA, then we had to start from scratch with the VA, so we pushed a lot of smaller tasks and features. Our favorite one is the face age slider :).
We also helped with some bugs in the Xandra Character Creator (https://xandra3d.com), which make the lipsticks, makeup, and other stuff much better, especially for the darker skin tones. Let’s face it our main developer wants his purple elf to have a nice red lipstick :D!
Lastly, there is a bug in the Unreal Engine when changing animation states. When using the blend pose by int with state transition, for index zero, the transition blends and timing curves are respected, while for other blends they are not… I should make a good bug report about it, but at the moment I do not have time for it. It took a few hours of main dev time as he was trying to figure out why the animation blending is behaving differently for index zero. The bug report would also probably help the other developers, so the main dev will make a bug report about it in the future - but it will take at least two hours to write a good report with a short video and so on…

- [UI] Final iteration - fixes, make it as close to the artist’s vision as possible - this is the final task for ui. It has a long checklist for each of the UI widgets/elements - about 14 items that were changed.

- [Release] V0.95 - This was the first development build and release.
- [Chore] Toolchain updates - Update toolchain, plugins, and so on.
- [Audio] Metronome for rhythm events and add proper classes - At this moment we know that there is a problem with VA, so we started to work on the rhythm events

- [Programming] Merge pleasure clusters - This is a big one, as it allows us to merge the pleasure clusters, so we can have more complex tasks and combinations.

- [Game Assets] Try to make lips color better - This task was long and hard as there was a nasty bug in Xandra Character Creator, I hope that they will fix it in the future, but we created a working solution for it.
- [UI][GameAssets] Lipstick amount - ZERO - Add the zero as an option for lipstick amount, so she can have no lipstick at all.
- [UI][GameAssets] Add the nail color - Now you can change the nail color. Works for both hands and feet.
- [Programming] Extra Ending Mirror fetish -> + cei + ruined cei - New endings with mirror fetish.
- [Programming] Extra Ending Anal + Degradation Endings - New endings
- [Animations] HandJob Animations - Add new handjob animations, it was planned for 1.1, but the whole milestone with rhythm events was partially implemented. It’s not used in the game yet, but it will be in the next version.

Personal note of the main developer
The 1.2/1.3 will be focused on the Android version, expanding the game, and adding more content. I want the game to feel more like a game, and less like task instructions only. With extra work and content, like refusal, between sessions memory, etc. I want to make the game more immersive, and I hope that you will like it. I know that this is two/three releases - but I want to affirm that I’m hearing your feedback.
Also, the facial expressions and reactions are so-so. I’m good enough with pushing it but I’m not super pleased yet. They will be improved with more variety, longer reactions, and so on :).
Lastly the happy and smile animations were reported as “creepy”. I acknowledge that and will address it in future updates.

I like this update, but could you add more faking? The VS does that. Sometimes, when you disobey the buttons, they get blocked, and you have to finish the task. It looks like a simple system.
Thank you! The mechanics regarding the personality, more reactions etc are in our pipeline. It might take some time, but with financial support and feedback like yours I’m sure that we can create superb JOI experience.
